About Us

   After Hours Janitorial Services was founded in February of 1985.  Over the years, the company transformed from a residential and commercial cleaning business to a full-service maintenance and restoration company.  The new company discovered very quickly in the early years the need to offer a myriad of services to maintain a level of cleaning and maintenance that would produce incredible results and, most importantly, an exceptional experience for their clients.

    The management team spent the first ten years, working and training to become certified technicians in many facets of the industry that were necessary and required to maintain homes and facilities properly. 

    The company has always maintained a proactive approach

to continually develop services that enhance our ability to provide complete and exceptional care for all jobs and projects whether in the forensic restoration field or in general maintenance in a commercial facility or residential home.

To enhance our forensic restoration service we include but are not limited to the following Certified Services:

1.     Proper application and protocols for disinfecting.  Trained by Spartan Chemical company out of Ohio and Concrobium Broad Spectrum Disinfection out of Canada.

2.     Traditional Carpet Shampoo Cleaning.  We have discontinued traditional detergent and chemical cleaning in favor of all-natural carpet and fiber restoration cleaning.  Trained and certified in 1996 by the IICRC, International Institute of Carpet Restoration and Cleaning.

3.     All-natural Procyon carpet, upholstery, and fiber cleaning.  Our nation's very first 100% all-natural green certified product line.  Trained by Plus Manufacturing in Spokane, Washington.

4.     Marble floor polishing.  Trained and certified at the University of Minnesota.

5.     Tile installation, repairs, and maintenance.   Trained in Irvine, California, with Slutter Systems from Germany. 

6.     Crime and Trauma Clean-up and Restoration.  Trained with Don McNulty, author & instructor, for The American Standard for the Professional Bio-Technician.

7.     Water, Sewage, and Mold Restoration.  Completed IICRC WRT certification for water restoration technicians.

8.     State of California.  Trained at the Contractor’s School in Irvine, California, for mold remediation technician certification.

9.     Additional Services.  Commercial and residential Covid-19 detail cleaning and disinfecting, window cleaning, ground maintenance, and a maintenance handyman service.

The company’s most valuable asset is, by far, our supervisors and team members.  All are dedicated to continually learning on a weekly basis, and applying the highest business practices to every project.  We’re not a perfect company, but we’ll give you a perfect effort every time, and we guarantee our work or you won’t pay a dime.
